The domain name www.geniusbox.in (the “Website” or “GeniusBox”) is registered in the name of Little Millennium Educational Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as (the “Company”) and is covered and protected by all laws including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws of India. The Company provides this Website to you subject to the following Terms and Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms of Use”).

The terms "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Little Millennium® or geniusbox.in. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your”, "User" or “Website User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. We allow the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

All products/services and information displayed on the Website constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of the Website prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USES OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

 1.1  We collect two types of information about our Website Users:

   1.1.1  Personally Identifiable Information : Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific End User. When you engage in certain activities on the Website, such as creating an account, ordering a product or service from us, submitting content and/or posting content in discussion forums, filling out a survey, posting a review, requesting information about our services (collectively, "Identification Activities"), we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. 2. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES 

 2.1. We do not rent or sell personal information that you choose to provide to us nor does the Company disclose credit/debit card or other personal financial information to third parties other than as necessary to complete a credit/debit card or other financial transaction or as required by law.

 3.1. You will have the ability to access and edit the Personally Identifiable Information you provide us. You may change any of your Personally Identifiable Information by accessing through your login and password. We would request you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes.

 5.3. GeniusBox® shall adopt reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable laws for the protection of Your Information. Provided that Your right to claim

 5.4. damages shall be limited to the right to claim only statutory damages under Information Technology Act, 2000 and You hereby waive and release GeniusBox® from any claim of damages under contract or under tort.

 5.5. If you choose a payment gateway to complete any transaction on Website then Your credit card data may be stored in compliance with industry standards/ recommended data security standard for security of financial information such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

 5.6. We release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreement. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

6. USER CONDUCT

 6.1.  You Agree and Confirm

   6.1.1. That you will use the services provided by GeniusBox®, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Website and transacting on the Website;

   6.1.2. You will provide true, accurate, complete and current information in all instances where such information is requested of you. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), we have the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of GeniusBox® and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever;

   6.1.3. To compensate GeniusBox® for any extra cost incurred for redelivery in the event of a non-delivery in the first instance on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information);

   6.1.4. That you using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Website doing so at your sole risk; and

   6.1.5 After placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

 6.2. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

   6.2.1. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;

   6.2.2. Transmitting material that encourages conduct that results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice or constitutes a criminal offence;

   6.2.3. Gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems;

   6.2.4. Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the Website;

   6.2.5. Breaching any applicable laws;

   6.2.6. Interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the Website; and

   6.2.7. Making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner, design details and colours.

7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 7.1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on GeniusBox®.

 7.2. For all those Pin codes, where pickup service is available by reputed couriers, the Reverse Pick-Up time would be within 7 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays), however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which we are not liable and would request the User to cooperate as GeniusBox® continuously tries to reduce such instances.

 7.3 The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI, the amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment and will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of initiating refund request.

 7.4. If your order has been cancelled, then you will receive refund in your original mode of payment and the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of initiating refund request.

 7.5. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the respective Wallet.

8. RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

 8.1. We may send you information or materials such as new products, newsletters, e-books, whitepapers by e-mail or postal mail when you submit addresses via the Website. By using the Website, you are consenting to our sending you such information or materials.

 9. POLICY FOR CHILDREN

  9.1 Children under the age of 13 are not supposed to use the Website. We do not collect or maintain information from anyone known to be under the age of 13, and no part of the Website is designed to attract anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13 and still want to buy a product, you may use GeniusBox® only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

 10.1. All rights related to the Website design, text, graphics and other content, the selection, and arrangements are licensed to Little Millennium Educational Private Limited. The content and products of this Website is protected by Indian Copyright Laws and other Intellectual Property Rights.

 10.2. All company names and logos mentioned on our Website are the trademarks, service-marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us. You may not download, reproduce, copy, transmit, broadcast, republish, post, make available to the public including but not limited to text, graphics, video, messages, photos, pictures, code and/or software without our prior written consent, except where expressly invited to try to do so.

11. OPT-OUT

 11.1 When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from GeniusBox®. You can follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices from us.

 11.2. If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner provided in these Terms of Use, please write to us at feedback@littlemillennium.com.

 11.3. Please note that we may take time to process such requests, and your request shall take effect no later than 5 (Five) business days from the receipt of such request, after which we will not use your personal data for any processing unless required by us to comply with our legal obligations. We may not be able offer you any or all Services upon such withdrawal of your consent.

 12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

 12.1. If you choose to use our Website, your usage and any dispute over privacy are subject to these Terms of Use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India and especially the Information Technology Act, 2000. All relevant rules, regulations, directions, orders and notifications will also apply.

 12.2. Any action based on or alleging a breach of these Terms of Use must be brought in a court located in New Delhi. In addition, you agree exclusively to submit to the personal jurisdiction, venue and seat of courts of New Delhi.
