1. What is Genius Box?
We believe that playing is the best form of learning and that play is productive. To help children develop their full potential, in the formative years of learning, they need unstructured play and experiential learning. Play enables them to find different ways and alternative scenarios to solve a challenge. While experiential learning enables children to work out their own unique strategies (with some help), rather than follow a formula to arrive at a conclusion.
Genius Box, age-specific, kits are designed to enrich and stimulate young minds and aid overall personality development for children through exploration and play. The theme-based kits of innovative art & craft activities, science projects, learning books, math concepts, environmental projects, puzzles, physical manipulatives and board games, are shipped to your doorstep every month.
Our mission is to build crucial skills, inculcate fearless learning and build a strong foundation through play activities, in the formative years of childhood.
2. Why Genius Box?
Neuroscience studies on learning show that the most rapid physical, mental and emotional growth happens during the first 5 years of a child’s life. The right learning experiences and mental stimulations during this developmental period of a child has a great impact on future intelligence.
We, at Genius Box, understand that learning through memorisation can never beat exploration. Our kits, curated and designed by an expert panel, support whole-brain development andinspire fearless learning in kids by sharing stories, hands-on activities, experiments, and projects that let them try things for themselves and become independent learners.
3. For what ages is Genius Box appropriate?
Genius Box is designed for kids between the age group of 2 to 7. The kits are curated for three age groups and are tailored according to the age-specific learning needs of children –

Genius Box is an outcome of years of research and development by early childcare specialists.
An expert panel of professionals on child development and early learning work with a group of writers and product designers to identify fun and engaging themes. Each theme includes a diverse set of 9 to 10 hands-on activities, projects and games, across several developmental areas, for children between the age group of 2 to 7.

1. Why should I sign up for a subscription instead of buying single boxes?

2. How does a monthly subscription work?
Sign up for a monthly subscription and the first fun-filled kit, addressed to your child, will be shipped within a week of the order confirmation. Kits for the subsequent months will arrive at your doorstep in the first week of every month.
3. How do I update my shipping address information?
You can update your shipping information at any time from your My Account page. Alternatively, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
4. I have more than one child. Can siblings share a subscription?
Currently, we do not offer the option to add a sibling for an additional fee. The decision to share the experience of fun-filled Genius Box kitamong siblings or order a separate subscription for each child varies for each family.
5. I have more than one child in different age groups. Can I order different subscriptions from different age segments?
Yes, you can add individual boxes or subscriptions to your cart for your children of different ages as well. After adding the first box/subscription, proceed to checkout and add another subscription/box from a different category.
1. How will I get confirmation of my order?
You will get anorder confirmation email once you have signed up for a kit subscription. This is followed-up by a shipping confirmation email when the kit is shipped out.
2. My payment was successful but my order confirmation message did not show up?
In case your order confirmation message has not come, in spite of a successful payment, please email us at email@example.com with your payment details and we will be happy to look into the issue.
The bank or payment vendor, typically, releases the funds to you or to us. In case the funds are released to us, we will send out an order confirmation after receiving a confirmation from the bank. In case the funds are releasedback to you, you will need to re-purchase the box.

ou will receive an order tracking email once your kit has been shipped from our warehouse. All delivery can be tracked on the carrier’s site.
3. I have received the shipping confirmation email with tracking details, but the tracking information is unavailable on the carrier’s website.
Tracking information may take anywhere between 24 to 32 hours to get displayed on the carrier’s website, after you have received your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 32 hours and you are still having trouble tracking your order, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org

At this time, we only ship in India.

5. Do I have to pay any additional charges for shipping?
Shipping for Genius Box subscriptions is absolutely free! Purchases below Rs 1,000 will have additional shipping charges.
6. How are the kits/products shipped?
We only use reputed courier companies for major cities. India Post is used when courier companies do not deliver to your Pin Code.
7. What should I do if the box does not get delivered or some items are missing in the kit?

8. What should I do if the box seems to be damaged in transit?
Please refuse to take the delivery if the box looks visibly damaged.
9. Can I return an opened box?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to take back an opened box.
